One of my first ink and watercolour experiments, of a good friend standing in the doorway in the Old Distillery District in Toronto. We had a fantastic afternoon of wandering the art galleries and listening to the music there, and I always wanted to paint the picture I took of her. When I learned the semi-abstract ink and watercolour technique it was a natural!
